This is information that I have found out in the six plus months since our Trio Altra thru car was installed. Even though we specified that we wanted to enter on one side on the bottom floor, exit on the other side on the top floor, our dealer ordered a single ramp Thrucar Trio Alta. It was only when we looked at the packing list later that we saw there was a dual ramp option for the Trio Alta.
